The Comfort Inn Grand Rapids Airport is a select service hotel in one of the strongest corporate lodging markets in Michigan. The property was built in 1981 and most recently renovated in 2022. The Property features multiple room types and sizes across its 107 guest rooms, complimentary breakfast, a fitness center, business center, and approximately 700 square feet of meeting space.

Ownership executed a 20-year franchise agreement with Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels in November of 2015, with mutual termination options in years 5, 10, and 15 of the term (next termination option: November 2025). Should a new franchise agreement be signed with Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels, new ownership would be expected to execute a property improvement plan (PIP) to update the property to the new Comfort Inn brand standards.
