Edward P. Walsh, President and Designated Broker of Alpine Realty Capital, LLC, was previously Senior Investment Advisor with Milestone Realty Services, where he joined in 2002, specializing in the acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate throughout the United States, with his primary focus being hospitality related properties. During his tenure at Milestone, Mr. Walsh was involved in more than $250 million of hospitality related transactions. Mr. Walsh joined Milestone following seven years with Hospitality Advisors, a boutique hospitality consulting, real estate, and asset management company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. During his tenure with Hospitality Advisors, Mr. Walsh's responsibilities included feasibility analysis, real estate appraisal, and transaction services for hotels and related real estate throughout the United States. As Senior Vice President of Hospitality Advisors, Mr. Walsh was instrumental in managing the company's consulting practice, performing, and overseeing consulting assignments for local, regional, and national lending institutions, developers, publicly traded companies, institutional investors, and hotel chains. Throughout his career, he has performed more than 200 consulting and real estate assignments in 20 states covering most types of lodging properties. In all, Mr. Walsh has provided real estate consulting services for more than $1 billion worth of real estate assets. Prior to joining Hospitality Advisors, Mr. Walsh held the position of Consulting Manager with HVS International, a leader in the field of hotel appraisal and valuation services. Mr. Walsh, based in HVS' Miami, Florida office, provided financial analyses, real estate appraisals, and transaction services for hotel properties ranging from small roadside inns to five-star hotels and resorts through the United States.

Alex Salens, Senior Associate at Alpine Realty Capital, LLC, has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Alex specializes in advising hotel investors who own, operate, and develop hospitality properties in the state of Michigan. Prior to joining Alpine Realty Capital, Alex was with Bedrock Management Services, the largest owner and developer of real estate in the City of Detroit, Michigan, where he served as Asset Manager of the hospitality portfolio totaling more than $250 million. During his tenure with Bedrock, Alex’s responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations of the portfolio, formulating and executing investment strategies, negotiating hospitality legal agreements, and managing ground-up and adaptive-reuse hospitality developments. The breadth of his experience includes analysis of full-service luxury properties, independent boutique hotels, select-service hotels, and full-service restaurants. Alex is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business and a Minor in Real Estate Investment Management from The School of Hospitality Business within the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
